Today is Teacher's Day! I'm here after such a long time... & I realise I didn't feed any news or entry at all in 2014 here! A year of silence which means not much on crafting or sewing... (yg sempoi2 adalah..)

Let me show you what happened on Teacher's Day last year....

I owe her... so gonna give 'em back this year.

My Lil Apprentice & Her Keychain

If I buy a new Brother, who will inherit my Singer? Hmmm... the best solution is to train my lil apprentice lah... Apprentice? Wow, such a big word lol! When I voiced out to MCA, he 150% agreed! So the lesson started a few days ago... Raina sewed for the very 1st time using my Singer..

Tara..... let me introduce you to her finished product....
a felt keychain for herself....;D(nama tu Raina tulis guna fabric marker jer...)

Let's look at the back....sooo sempoi but I'm soooo very proud!

p.s. About my to-be 'partner' in my sacred sewing room, MCA told me to wait.... "Pikir pjg, jgn pikir pendek," he said, referring to QC1000 which will be mine in Feb or March 2012 or NV50 at any time now. Well, what do you think?

Hootie Hoots For Nurul

Remember Fabrics Swap? My other swap partner is Nurul of Sew'much'Love. After some time, I finally made up my mind to sew these two for her......

This is an annual project, done once a year... hehehe...

My lil princess has listed down all her teachers & requested me to make keychains for them... She even chose the colours & the design.... I spent a day cutting felt & another day sewing & stuffing fiber.... Finished at about 2 am.... Mmg legaaa... or I'll be in hot soup... hikss....

Thanks to all my children's teachers for teaching, guiding, educating & helping them.
As usual, I like to use "I hope that you will be happy" label... sesuaiii...

All are Raina's. I wanted to sew pouches or pencil cases for her teachers but she demanded only keychains & cards. My second son, on the other hand, bought a brooch for his Cikgu Anita (coz it's not handmade so no pic ler..) & my eldest.... didn't want anything at first but today at last... he bought cards for his 2 fave teachers at Koperasi Sekolah. Whatever la... as long as they're happy & sincere...

I used stamps including this stamp made by EUPHORIA last year. She's such a talented lady, kan? Carving isn't my cup of tea... so let the expert do it. If you are interested to see her wonderful masterpieces, click HERE . Gerenti tak nyesal nyer....

and "thank You"cards purchased from Tesco. 1 pack 8 cards= RM6.90 (taktik express nak cepat siap.. hehehe... ;D

STORY NO. 1

My sincere apology to Ayu from SWEETLILCRAFT COLLECTIONS who will receive my 'hasil kerastangan' late. Yeah, I know.. I know...I should send it by 31 Dec 2010 but hey! It's better late than never!

Before the make-up session... After touching up... Feeling guilty, I had to do something. I decided to sew this... It's a tissue wallet but too plain.. no pocket... nothing...
only for tissue lah!
