Another Teacher's Day celebration....

I wanted to sew something for my children's teachers

but as usual, they had their own minds...

They didn't want to burden me with extra task..

(mmg anak2 yg baik, kn?)

 But I was busy too..

(so lega jugak sbb mama diaorang ni sibuk jer memanjang... ;P)

Raina wanted to make bookmarks for her teachers...

and these are the results... 

I wrote d wordings...  The rest was up to her...

Daripada sapa lg kalau tak cik adik kita... hehehe...

So I have to wait for another year 

to sew something for the teachers...

I let my kids decide 

coz the presents are for their teachers

not for my teachers.

Let them decide what they want...

coz they have the right to choose,

they have the right to speak up.

The freedom is theirs.

(of course, under mama's supervision

& within the budget!)

Once they make up their minds,

they must be responsible of their choices!

No turning back ya....

This is an annual project, done once a year... hehehe...

My lil princess has listed down all her teachers & requested me to make keychains for them... She even chose the colours & the design.... I spent a day cutting felt & another day sewing & stuffing fiber.... Finished at about 2 am.... Mmg legaaa... or I'll be in hot soup... hikss....

Thanks to all my children's teachers for teaching, guiding, educating & helping them.
As usual, I like to use "I hope that you will be happy" label... sesuaiii...

All are Raina's. I wanted to sew pouches or pencil cases for her teachers but she demanded only keychains & cards. My second son, on the other hand, bought a brooch for his Cikgu Anita (coz it's not handmade so no pic ler..) & my eldest.... didn't want anything at first but today at last... he bought cards for his 2 fave teachers at Koperasi Sekolah. Whatever la... as long as they're happy & sincere...

I used stamps including this stamp made by EUPHORIA last year. She's such a talented lady, kan? Carving isn't my cup of tea... so let the expert do it. If you are interested to see her wonderful masterpieces, click HERE . Gerenti tak nyesal nyer....

and "thank You"cards purchased from Tesco. 1 pack 8 cards= RM6.90 (taktik express nak cepat siap.. hehehe... ;D

WHAT I DID BEFORE TEACHER'S DAY?

I know Teacher's Day was in May, not in June. dah basi pon citer tp I just want to share the "hasil kerastangan" made by me & my little girl. Tak sangka kreatif gak Raina. Ini sudah bagus! These are the results:

Percaya tak Raina yg tulis all the wordings... pulun sakan Raina sbb nk sediakan utk 9 cikgu...

Ha, yg ni mama Raina buat. Jgn kutuk ye... sori, hadiah utk cikgu ijan dh balut so x dpt tunjuk.

Kad tu my son Khairil suruh buat. As usual, dia x mau bg hadiah....

saja buat simple-simple...(sebenarnye x larat nk buat over2 tp dh kena paksa so kena buat gak)

luckily, frame x pyh buat. Jenuh jugak sbb kena tulis atas 9 frames.....huhuhu..

So the moral of the story is....

It's the thought that counts

Bila buat sendiri, walaupun tak seberapa... memang rasa puas bangat....
