Nuha's Birthday Present

A special request from my lil gal...
A pencil case for her friend, Nuha, on her birthday a week ago...

She begged to sew the letters... So I let her sew the N & U....
Then because of tiredness, I finished the rest...
Ehem.... Uols perasan tak apa2... errr...uols tell me la nanti yer...;D

Jom belek belakang... cun, kan printed felt ni... Butterflies... I like!

Open the zipper ya....

Much better now in sewing zipper.... (perasannyer... hehehe..)

In short, another mission has been achieved... after much persuasion from Raina...

BELATED BIRTHDAY GIFT FOR RAINA

HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY DEAR SWEET RAINA..
Her belated birthday celebration was late but never mind... better late than never.. The story about it is HERE...

I have already given her readymade presents but since I was so busy, I managed to complete my handmade gift last night. Sorry ya Raina... it took me so long to complete the task.. Jgn mare yer...;D

So here it is...At last it's ready for the birthday gal...
Especially for dearest sweet lil gal named RAINA NABILA...

A felt pencil case jer... hehehe...

Gave the pencil case this evening. She's so over the moon... showed to a friend & came back asking me how much $$ if her friend wants to buy it... huh? Later... she decided... maybe it's better if I sew another pencil case as a birthday gift to the friend... hmmmm...
(tu baru tunjuk kat sorang ... kalau ramai... camne? Sanggup ambik order ker? ;P)

Alya's Sempoi Pencil Case

Alamak! Today is my niece's birthday!
What should I do? Buy or sew something?
At last, decision was made...
A quick project....
Completed within an hour!
(Itu pon kena separuh handstitch sbb mesin k.o. saat2 genting... huhuhu..)

I used felt this time...Lots of cute animals lor!
And the lining is cotton... But I didn't topstitch it...
(Almaklum ler... almesin sudah mogok sbb mare i dok sibuk carik yg baru...;P)
No time to sew Alya's name too...

I promised my son, Ijan, that I'd make him a special pencil case.

& sewed it on the pencil case.

Back To School- Pondok Craft (Finale)

I've added two items...

Item no. 1....it's a bag

(beg mengaji blh... beg pi tusyen pon ok..)

(sempoi punye bag berani ler....hehehehe...)
and my Raina became a model too
showing off the bag...
happily...
but dissatisfied...
(sbb beg ni bkn miliknya... hikkss..)

I thought I was done
but at the last minute
I made item no. 2...
another pencil case
coz I like the fabric
So a pencil case it becomes....
the other side....
& inside....
all fabrics are from Nagoya...

I packed everything in a plastic bag
recycled from Aussino's bedsheet plastic cover
(rugi kalau buang.... mcm2 blh buat guna benda tu...)
tgk blkg lak...
ready to be posted...


This morning, I went to the post office...
cramped everything in the 'pos ekspres' box
voila, it's ready....

Hoping for its safe journey....

As promised, I finished the 2 pencil cases last night.

Well, I did modify the methods of attaching zippers

(ikut sedap sndiri & dipermudahkn utk beginner mcm aku...hehehe..)

Now, another version using the same fabric...
my attempt on attaching zippers has improved!
Ha!Ha!Ha! So happy!

p.p.s. there's one advice from me, though....
"Never be scared at zippers... coz they can't eat you... hahaha!
But be afraid of needles & pins coz they can... huhuhu... "
